With effect from 1 July 2010 the Melbourne accountancy practice of GMK Centric Pty Ltd will be owned and operated by the Melbourne directors and will be known as GMK Partners.

Ownership of the Sydney practice of GMK Centric Pty Ltd is unchanged and from 1 July 2010 it will be known as MBP Advisory Pty Ltd.
